Booking conditions and house rules

We thank you for respecting the following rules in order to guarantee the safety, comfort and tranquility of all occupants, as well as the good maintenance of the house.

👥 Capacity & Traveler Behavior

• Maximum capacity: 8 people
• Non-smokers
• Pets not allowed
• Prohibited events or parties
• Respect for peace and quiet between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

⏰ Schedule

• Arrival : from 4:00 p.m.
• Departure : before 10:00 a.m.

📝 Administrative formalities

Upon arrival, we will ask you to present your ID at check-in, or to send it to us by email for self check-ins. To protect your ID when sending it by email, consider adding a watermark via https://filigrane.beta.gouv.fr...

Before your arrival, you may be asked for additional information regarding:

• Collection of tourist tax
• Complete the police form (mandatory for foreign holidaymakers)

💥Safety & proper use of equipment

Pool

• Keep the roller shutter closed at night and in the presence of unsupervised young children
• Never leave a child unattended near the pool
• Do not change the pool settings (including the heat pump) — contact the concierge if necessary

Bioethanol fireplace

• Read and follow the safety rules before any use to avoid any risk of burns.

Furniture & exterior

• Keep the gate locked day and night to prevent theft (especially garden furniture)
• Do not park on the lawn
• Do not divert equipment from its original use

🏡 House maintenance & departure rules

• Thank you for taking care of the house during your stay.
• Dispose of your rubbish only in the bins provided for this purpose , located at the entrance and exit of the subdivision.

Before your departure, please:

• Completely empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food
• Empty the dishwasher
• Clean the barbecue grills
• Removing young children's fingerprints from windows
• Check that you haven't forgotten anything : floats, pool toys, inflatable deckchair, etc.

🛠️ Maintenance & Support

• In case of any problem, discomfort or breakage , please let us know quickly (it can happen, it's never serious)
• Allow free access to the pool attendant and gardener during your stay - they can intervene without warning, their visits are discreet and quick
